Izola Furmeet 2019

Summer is nearing its end, but how better to celebrate it than with a tiki meet! The meet will take place on Saturday, the 3rd of Aug from noon, with the option to stay the night (Sunday does not count as an event day!). You'll have to arrange your own bed supplies, we recommend you bring with yourself a tent, sleeping bags etc. or prepare your car to sleep in. You will not be able to sleep in the house!* If you're sleeping over, you will have to leave the meet area by 12 o'clock on Sunday. Food and drinks will be provided. If you're allergic or have a special diet, please leave a note when registering. We'll make an effort to meet your needs, but don't expect miracles. The meet will provide a variety of activities: 

• Pool: if you wish, you can bring your swimwear and a towel. In the case of a hot summer day, you'll enjoy cooling down and playing water games.
• Art corner: bring your art supplies and chill with your fellow artists. If you're just an admirer, you can commission something or just chat and see what's cooking.
• VR: this time you'll be able to experience virtual reality with two different headsets! If you haven't tried one yet, you're more than welcome to do so.
• Projector: you'll be able to watch movies on "the big screen" or play games such as Jackbox.
• Massages: Arctic will provide massages for anyone who needs one.
• Other activities: Everyone is free to bring whatever games they please. Everything from board games to outdoor ball games... **

The meet price is estimated at around 15€ per attendee (take a few extra Euros just in case, but please try to have change with you). The final price will be announced at the meet! We're asking everyone to consume alcohol responsibly. In other words, anything beyond tipsy is not considered acceptable, especially if you cause trouble or discomfort for other attendees. Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted. On arrival, you'll be asked to sign a statement, that you have read, agree to and will follow the rules in place during SloFurs meets. Rule violations can result in unconditional and immediate exclusion from the meeting without reimbursement. Fursuit badges will not be printed for this event, even if you have some selected for printing. Any possible changes or additional information will be added here and at our Discord server .* Rooms in the house will not be available for sleep over. They are meant for late night partying, so we kindly ask for your understanding. ** Keep in mind we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items, as accidents sadly do happen. To avoid as many as possible please be respectful of other people's belongings. *** What to bring with you?
